My paper collage on canvas painting titled "Year 1970" was exhibited in this exhibition. The year 1970 was very significant in my life. I arrived in Canada, at the age of 20, escaping from Poland's communist regime and started a new life. I was full of hope for a better future and full of dreams. Years later, I am satisfied that I fulfilled my dreams and exceeded them.
